  • All valuations will be calculated with reference to the original purchase invoice and the company’s applicable valuation method on the date of exchange/return.

  • Making charges and applicable GST are non-refundable/non-adjustable to the extent stated in this policy.

  • Any stone, diamond, lab-grown diamond, silver or other component valuation will be based on the product details recorded on the original invoice and subject to verification.

  • The jewellery must be presented for physical inspection and verification before any exchange or return is approved.

  • Products that are damaged, altered, repaired, modified, missing stones/components, or otherwise not in acceptable condition may be subject to additional deductions or may be excluded from the policy, as applicable.

  • Exchange/return eligibility may be subject to the original invoice, product identification, authenticity checks, hallmark/quality verification, and other reasonable verification requirements.

  • Any refund or adjustment will be made only after completion of the company’s verification process and in accordance with applicable law and the original transaction records.

  • In case of any difference between this policy and a specific written commitment on the original invoice, the terms printed on the applicable invoice/product document will govern, subject to applicable law.

  • The company reserves the right to update this policy from time to time for future transactions. Any such update will not override rights that cannot legally be excluded.
